　当社では従来、カンと経験に頼ってきた歪矯正作業を、コンピューターに置き換えて一切熟練を必要とせず、誰にでも簡単に速く高精度の歪矯正作業が出来る機械を10数年前より研究開発を行ってきました。現在は歪矯正機械についても数多くの実績をもち、自動車部品製造、電動機製造、成型素材製造（引抜き加工）、工具製造、事務機器製造、スポーツ機器製造産業等広範囲な分野で活躍しております。

FULL AUTOMATION OF STRAIGHTENING OPERATIONS
　Straightening operation, that eliminates deflections of shaftor tube-like parts, has long been relying on the skills and experience of highly skilled technicians. We propose it to replace the skills and experience with computer control, thereby to carry out high precision straightening operations easily and quickly.
　Straightening presses specialized for the shafts of golf clubs, in particular, have been manufactured solely by us in the world, based on our successful research and development efforts conducted over nearly two decades. Our straightening presses have been favorably accepted by Japanese and foreign customers for their excellent performance and ease of operation.

●	Straightening operation conducted before hardening and grinding operations minimizes the amount of stock removal required in the grinding operation.

●	NC servo-controlled main ram operates quietly unlike the conventional hydraulic rams, eliminating the problem of noise and vibration. Such troubles as oil leakage and failures of hydraulic valves, pump and other components are also eliminated.
●	Fully automated work loader, unloader, conveyor or other auxiliary equipment will be supplied upon order.
●	TOHO's Straightening Press can be operated by unskilled persons including women safely.
